Shakeology Pops

Welcome Summer and my need for something that resembles a good old chocolate fudge popsicle. I mean, those things are amazing. I recently went to the store to find healthy popsicles and while I survived my childhood eating them, I like to buy high-fructose corn syrup and dyed foods VERY rarely. They change my son’s behavior a lot and I get a “fake sugar hangover.”

The Healthy Fudge-sicle (Shakeology Popsicles)

So, instead of spending an arm and a leg on the “good stuff” at the store, I figured I could whip something out with my Shakeology and my vitamix blender. Enough about my eating habits….let’s get to the popsicle making! Because I don’t care if you like to eat healthy or not, these are good chocolaty popsicles that kids and adults will love.

    1. Hi Niki! Yes, you can use any type of milk you’d like. I prefer a milk with more fats in it since it helps with consistency, but you could use almond milk, soy, hemp milk, or skim milk. 🙂
